I have very painful feet with neuropathy and severe ME/CFS and fibromyalgia. I usually soak my feet in iced water when they are really bothering me or sometimes I will use bags of ice wrapped in towels. Both of these options are messy and not convenient.I decided to look into another option and found these NEWGO Ankle Ice Pack Wraps (one pack). When it arrived, I loved it so much that I ordered another (so both feet could be happy) the same day. I throw them in the freezer and then put them on my feet while watching baseball. I have found that I like the feel best when I freeze then let sit out about 20 minutes before putting on. I have smaller feet so these large ones actually go over my toes as well, which I prefer. They are super easy to use and a great option to sooth your feet. Highly recommended!

Great product for what was needed. I just can’t seem to get it away from my husband since his elbow injury…lol he took it and doesn’t want to give it back…lol. It is very cold and keeps the cold for a good 20 minutes. While not ideal in my opinion it is good for what I need. Since you are only supposed to use it for 20 minutes stretches of time it’s great. It is a bit thinner than some other ones I have. The size we got is great for ankles, and elbows. It is recommended to keep the wrap in the bag that is provided which I don’t know why as it still gets the ice crystals etc on the wrap. It does stretch. As for durability goes I guess it is ok we have not had an issue with it.

While I gave it still a 4 star, because delivery was great and its a game changer from trying various products that I sent back because it didn't get cold enough. But this boot gets all frosted and as it defrosts, be sure to have a towel under it, because it gets super wet and wet up my foot wedge 🤦🏻‍♀️ But honestly it does the job. It gets really cold and feels so good wrapped around my foot and ankle. I had bunion, metatarsalgia and fractured big toe fixed and fused. It really does work really good so I still recommend it, just use a towel but it works and I love it. I have two more Boots the blue ones from the same company and they don't Frost like this, they also do a great job I will do a review on those soon. So I won't be sending this one back, because I use it for rotation.

I 100% LOVE THESE!! I have them on right now and truly am thankful I purchased them. I would have paid double for them. I suffer with neuropathy, fibromyalgia and MS. I use ice packs for my back, neck, and my joints. I wish they made a whole body wrap like these ice wraps are made🙃. These are very comfortable, the insides have a soft material. I highly recommend them.

I recently fractured my ankle and strained the muscle of above my Achilles. I was using 3 different ice packs to target all of the trouble spots before I ordered this one. It hit all the areas I needed, stayed cold for a long period of time, fits well and is very sturdy. I love that it can be heated up as well. Great product for foot injuries.

I love how big this boot is and the soft liner on the inside.The "carrying case" is a flimsy plastic resealable bag. The manual it came with said to heat it for 30 seconds and it wasn't even warm.The straps are sturdy. The boot itself is flimsy so do not walk in them. Ill update when I've had it for awhile. But for the price, I expected more. I paid $20 for one. I could have just wrapped my foot in a heating pack and got better results and more control over the heat.Size 9 for size reference

This product really exceeded my expectations! The velcro quality for all of the straps are durable and sticks even extremely cold. The straps cover the entire foot but also allows for mobility if needed. The size is accurate and fits the entire foot. The thickness is great and you can feel instant relieve without it being too cold to use on bare feet.
