Best inserts I have had in the last 35 years. They are firm; they have a great arch. Size is true to shoe sizes. Arrived in a week and was well packaged.

Great product. Just like I got at the podiatrist for much more cost.

My wife loves hers, but these didn't quite feel good enough.

I have plantar fasciitis pain and wear prescription orthotics in my work shoes; however, those tend to be on the stiffer side and don't feel great with walking shoes that have more cushioning. These inserts, although they cost a bit more than others I've tried, are the best fit so far for my feet and feel very comfortable with my walking shoes without the stiffness of the prescription orthotics.

I've been using Superfeet and Sole insoles for my hiking shoes for ages but for some reason neither of those have been working for me when it comes to tennis. Thought I'd give these a try and so far, so good. The arch support seems to be in a more natural location (for my feet) and there's no weird hardness in the outside edge. I don't really think all the soft rubber pad bits are that necessary, but does in general seem like it will hold up.

I have been experiencing pain on the outside of my left foot for a couple of months. After researching the issue, I believe that my weight shifts to the outside of my foot(Supination). A couple of sites recommended these inserts to help alleviate my "foot roll". I am really hope they would help as to not have to spend alot of money on doctor bills. My inserts came mailed in a "bubble envelope". Due to this (I hope), the insert's clear plastic container was quite dented and the top was open. Everything looked ok when I took out the inserts and inspected them. The inserts were larger than my shoes that I wanted to place them in. I checked the packaging and the inserts to see if there was a size listed. I did not see one on the inserts but the packaging said for 9/10 womens. I wear a 9 1/2 shoe. I debated on sending them back but decided to go ahead and trim them. There was no guide for trimming so I assume that the inserts truly are not meant to be trimmed. I can see from the other comments that others were in the same position. I inserted the them into my flats that I wear to work. The bottom of my feet felt great. I could also tell that my feet were more stable. However, due to the thickness, my shoes were tight on the top of my feet and toe areas. The back of the shoe did not come up very far over my heel. After wearing for a few minutes the shoes seem to loosen up a bit. After wearing them all day, I had to remove the inserts. The tightness of the shoes was putting too much pressure on my little toe of the left foot that I am having pain in. I am going to try them with another pair of shoes.Pros :1) I could tell that my feet were more stable.2) The bottom of my feet felt great.3) Product seems durable.Cons:1) Buy a smaller size. I had to trim way too much off the inserts to be able to get them in my shoes.2) The thickness of the inserts caused my shoes to be too tight and caused rubbing on the sides and top of my feet.I am going to give them another try with different shoes. I think if I have shoes that are wider, then I will get some great benefit from these inserts.However, if they will not work with some of my work shoes, then it will not be worth the money spent,

Very comfortable and seems to be made of quality materials.My feet definitely feel better with these in my shoes.
