This has some of the most important vitamins that we need, especially if your active. Definitely recommend this. Most products have 500% or more of what you need. Your body just excretes excess that your body dont use. This has a good amount. Not too much and not too little for the worth of your money. I Definitely recommend.

Good price and appears to have higher and more vitamins than most

The vitamin And mineral profile is nearly perfect for most people. Between taking one of these a day and then whatever food you’re gonna eat you should be OK unless you’ve got a terrible diet a deficiency you might need to supplement that specific deficiency or take A second pill. However I was quite impressed with the amount of each gradient.360 year supply for 12 bucks or whatever? Hard to beat course it might be nice to see a lab test to make sure what they claim is what’s actually in the pill, But as mentioned for the price you can’t beat this as a multi.Plus all the ingredients Are based on one pill not having to take two or three to get that amount to like many others.

You never know what vitamin you're deficient in, until symptoms set in. That's why I feel that a multivitamin is a good idea. I was surprised to see that this one also has iron, which is not a bad thing.
