Great combination supplement. My wife had an aortic exam and found no build-up. That is 0% build-up or 100% clean aorta. We continue to take Now D-3 & MK-7 (5000 IU/180 mcg) daily.

Been taking this for over 9 months since my vitamin D was 25. Got annual blood work done and now it's 76. Haven't felt any energy boost or help with sleep and have taken it booth in the evening and day time to see if it would change. I will keep taking it since I am a vegetarian and hard to get the correct numbers when the blood work is done.

It's a good product and it works well.
