They're great when they work!?
They work great when you establish a connection with the optional hub and they do work, but they just don't stay connected all the time and you need to reset them from time to time. Again, I really like this device, but just a little miffed on why i need to reset them from time to time. :/

Great but unreliable a t times
The bot has lost connection for no reason a few times but other than that, it does what it's supposed to very well

Nice when working but the signal strength is not that great and neither is its battery life.

Exellent bot switch
This device is amazing, and I like it. To keep the price low, the manufacturer is not offering cloud and Alexa support on the go, and you will need additional hardware to control it over the internet. Anyway, it is working as expected with a tiny exception: the device went offline, and I figured out that the battery expiration date was... nine months ago! So, please, check your battery before shipping to the customers!

Have one that works good and another keeps disconnecting and connecting also u will need a hub to control it off wifi network which will be the main use of it

Not the easiest to install but old school perfection
I have an older house but geeky needs. The other “smart” dimmer switch I had kept disconnecting and couldn’t fine tune the brightness level. So I installed a regular dimmer and the SwitchBot. Old school technique and cheaper than hiring someone to stand there!

Make sure you name it something unique.
This is a great addition to our home automation. We have a lutron dimmer and fan switch combo. We're able to turn the whole house off except our bedroom.But with this device and hub, we just yell at Alexa and our demands are answered.However, it does sometimes think that it's part of our Harmony Hub... but tweaking the name to something more unique has helped the confusion.

Cheap and easy, works as advertised
Given the low cost, I expected things to not work well, but I've been very pleasantly surprised. The app could use a UX revision, but it was super easy to set up the switch robot, and then it was super easy to deploy the hub and connect it to Alexa.The only thing that stands out is the ability to share this with other family members. I didn't see an easy way to do this with the SwitchBot app, but Alexa works for everyone so no one has complained.
