A Challenging Journey to a Functional Shower SystemRating: ★☆☆☆☆I purchased this concealed shower system back in August, and it arrived after a painful two-month wait. To say the least, it was an unfortunate beginning to this experience.The first glaring issue I encountered was with the product itself. When the plumber arrived for the installation, he discovered a major defect in the mixer box. It was bent, which could lead to disastrous leaks. The responsible plumber insisted on fixing the issue, rather than plowing ahead, potentially causing water damage down the line. And believe me, you don't want leaks in a concealed shower system. Fixing them involves ripping out tiles and plasterboard and going back to the brick, which is an expensive and time-consuming process.Now, you might think that in such a situation, you could rely on the seller's warranty to cover the replacement of the defective part. After all, this issue was identified within the first week of delivery. But alas, dealing with the seller's customer service felt like dealing with a toxic ex who refuses to take responsibility for their actions.The seller made me feel like it was my fault, and instead of promptly addressing the issue, they asked me to wait for weeks and cover the replacement costs out of my pocket. The whole ordeal was a logistical nightmare. Communication with the customer service team was frustratingly slow, with a day's delay between each message, leaving my shower room in a state of disarray.As a customer, all I wanted was a simple replacement for the defective part, and I was even willing to absorb the cost of the plumber and the inconvenience that came with the issue. But the customer service team seemed disinterested in helping resolve the situation.In summary, the quality of the product and the lackluster customer service experience left much to be desired. I would recommend caution when considering this purchase, especially if you value timely and efficient customer support.Please note that this review is based on my personal experience, and your mileage may vary.

looks nice overall

Had this shower installed last month , looks fab in my new bathroom, very pleased with it no problems so far .

I bought this product in March thinking it would be a regular working shower head. The shower head just exploded while I was showering and leaked all of the water out through the sides, I need a refund as this was very expensive and bad quality.

Showerhead arm Did not screw! Contacted seller but they wanted me to send the whole product back which was not an option as the shower valve was in the wall! I had to buy a shower arm somewhere else
