IMO, sometimes when you take a supplement, the change isn't an immediate "Wow, this is amazing!" Sometimes it's a subtle improvement, that is often noticed more when you don't take it. With this supplement, I notice that I'm mentally sharper on days when I take it compared to days when I don't.

I realize I got sent a different product version. My photo shows the version I got sent. So this review is written for the product I was actually sent:My skin rash actually used to be much worse than in the "before" photo. I was so surprised at the quick relief that I decided to take a photo even then. That's not even how bad my skin rashes get. My skin used to get very red, flaky, peeling, bleeding, and blisters. My skin is not 100% healed yet but it's doing much better now and the dryness has smoothed out.I have very sensitive digestion and my body has a hard time absorbing vitamins. I'm so thankful that the vitamin content limit to their vitamins is 100% and not something extreme like 50,000% which your body doesn't absorb all that anyway and dumps or overly stores and becomes toxic. Other vitamins would go down the toilet or give me headache. And the excessive amounts over 100% would give me terrible skin rashes. But this one is balanced, reasonable daily intake value and easy to swallow because divided by 4 small capsules.I also appreciate that the vitamins and minerals chosen are the more absorbable and quality kind. Believe it or not but I'm very sensitive and allergic to some synthetic vitamins, such as ascorbic acid and even vitamin D2. So I've always had trouble with other multivitamins. I do prefer if the vitamin C was in a more natural form such as camu camu. Regardless I'm just thankful it's not ascorbic acid as ascorbic acid gives me bathroom troubles!

I have the MTHFR gene mutation which affects my ability to absorb vitamins and minerals. I've been taking these for 3 years and have seem improvement in my digestion, energy level and overall health. My immune system is good. I haven't been sick. I will keep taking these. The bottle I received 7/2022 is different. I am wondering if these are still from the same company. I've bought a few things on this site that have been knock offs.

Only vitamin for me. Actually felt the difference. After a month. Be patient. Totally worth the wait.

I see no changes after 3 weeks

I got off all other vitamins except for this and I notice a major difference in how I feel. My cholesterol went from 275 to 234. The only other thing I changed is to use 1/2 t of coconut oil in my coffee in the AM. All of my blood work came out good at my physical. I have followed Dr. Colbert for a long time and I trust him. I just wish his products weren’t quite so expensive. But I guess I need to look at the fact my health is worth it. I plan on trying a couple other products of his as well.
