This is perfect for my jewelry making hobby. It’s great at polishing, filing, etc. I really like the variable speed on it. It’s quiet, compact, and just what I need.

Works great for polishing jewelry. Buy extra polishing wheels as you will need them but all in all, a great little machine for the money.

Thought it would be bigger. Used for knife polishing, disc sizes works fine with smaller knives, bigger knives is a struggle.Buy some respirator and if do have ventalation if your using the rust removing disc.

What a great little machine; perfect for my needs! Delivered before expected, takes up little bench space and easy to set up. The only potential setup snag I found is that the spindles are directional and the “L” and “R” stampings on them are not very deep so might be hard to see in poor light. The box contains all that a person needs to get started. I haven’t tried the little stick of blue compound included, but the (cheap) safety glasses and extra set of motor brushes are thoughtful. It is amazingly quiet and totally vibration free as long as your buffing wheels are good. I was a little worried about replacement wheel availability, but found that other brands of wheel with 1/4" bore work fine. The motor does not have a lot of torque so can be bogged down, but this is a buffer not a grinder. If you follow the instructions and common sense and let the wheel velocity do the work, it does the job quite well.

Never underestimate this machine cause it does carry a lot of power and never stops spinning even if pressure is applied. I one hundred percent (100%) recommend it to everyone.

Easy to set up with clear followable instructions and hardware included. Initial polish and polishing disks also included so you’re set to begin.We were always going to the jeweler for cleanings trying to get that just bought shine and brightness, it’s a time consuming task with the potential loss of jewelry until we purchased this jewelry polisher. With a few minutes invested, we can give a quick shine to rings, watch bands and earrings prior to going out and it makes items look - jewelry store new. Even pieces you haven’t worn in a while look great and new in only minutes.The only thing is I did have to purchase an additional item to hold rings and other jewelry as it’s not included but for the polishing units price I’m fine with the additional few dollars for a ring and jewelry holder. Definitely recommend.
