Easy to use hook and go. Holds my little giant style ladder.

I received this ladder/chair rack today. The packaging was fine and it wasn't difficult to open. This was an "open box" purchase and am fairly happy with my purchase. I took pictures at each progression of installation The installation itself took only about 15 minutes. The only complaint I have is when I started to install the second side (left), I found a crack at the end of the bracket. (You can see it in one of the photos.) I think the person that had possession of this kit probably got a little heavy handed while tightening. I went ahead and installed anyway. I think it will be okay. I installed on the RV ladder of our Forest River Forrester class Coos motor home. The ladder tubes were 1" circumference so I didn't have to use the extra tube wraps for 7/8". I hung two lounge chairs on the rack. The only draw back was the holding strap wasn't quite long enough. So, I purchased some velcro cinch straps (2" x 60") package of 6 from Amazon. I had to connect two together in order for them to reach around the ladder and two loungers. When we take the RV on a trip I will add to my review. I am hoping to also use this rack for my husband's wheelchair. That will be later on.

I strapped this onto my RV ladder to prevent it from rising up. I hung my fiberglass stepladder from it and saw that it handled the weight just fine. I then ran a strap around the stepladder and the RV ladder to keep it from bouncing or rattling. I added a bicycle lock as extra security.

I’ve read some reviews that say it bends from the weight of chairs but it won’t if you use a ratcheting strap the way I’ve shown in the picture, you need to secure the chairs anyway so if you support the chair carrier at the same time there’s no problem

We used this rack with a locking cable to carry a heavy anti-gravity chair. It held up well on 400 mile trip from Palms Springs to Northern California. I wouldn’t hang much more on it. So far so good.

I wasn’t sure about hanging a six foot aluminum ladder off my Motorhome ladder. But, this hanger made it simple and convenient. I did use a few reusable tie wrap and bungee cords as a “belt & suspenders” to ensure it wouldn’t bounce off. We made it safely home - some 1400 miles without incident.

This was quick and easy to attach. As you can see in the photos it doesn't interfere with my spare tire or truck box. I had read a review that said it was cheap material so I bought two sets thinking I'd need some extra security. Well there was no need for that and since you can only hang my chair one way probably wouldn't have worked anyway. It is tough hard plastic which I think is pretty good considering they only cost me $32.00. I didn't like the tie down strap that came with it but didn't feel that was worth knocking off a star. I used 2" loop Velcro instead. There is room for another chair or two also. The directions list the wrong size hex screw but they include the right one in the packaging. Well worth the $32.00

Used on every trip...solid...chairs and/or a small step ladder usually carried...convenient too. I use a couple of bungee cords to secure the items to the carrier (and RV ladder), very safe and hassle free.

I bought this chair rack for holding my portable RV tank on the ladder. Seems to do the job nicely.

I have my step ladder and 2 folding chairs on my Camco 51490 when we travel with our 5er
