BoschCordless Grass Trimmer EasyGrassCut 18V-230 (1x Battery, 18 Volt System, Cutting Diameter: 23 cm, in Carton Packaging)

i have a Bosch cordless drill & cordless screwdriver they all share the same batteries i have 4 batteries in all, this is why i opted for the cordless strimmer the strimmer itself look’s well made, i’ve already used it in the garden , the strimmer wire could have been a bit stronger, over all i’m happy with my purchase.

Lightweight, easy to set up. More than powerful enough to eaten up edges, borders and patches you’ve forgotten about. Haven run out of batter life as of yet and used it 4-5 times in and around a 90 square meter garden.

I decided to go for this simpler designed Bosch EasyGrassCut 18V-26 strimmer as the previous Bosch strimmer I purchased (UniversalGrassCut 18V-260 strimmer with folding handle ) was poorly designed and parts wore out or broke over it short life. The Bosch EasyGrassCut 18V-26 strimmer came in a very small box as the long handle is in 3 parts. I could not find any assembly instructions on the box or any of the supplied user manual / paperwork but worked out you had to remove the rubber bungs and slot the three parts together until they clicked in place and use a screwdriver to fit the safety cover in place over the strimmer head. In fact the user manual / paperwork is fairly useless being in dozens of languages and in very small print. What useful information there is buried deep amongst 95% of information of no or little use. The product itself feels very robust and works well but time will tell how long it lasts .

Excellent grass trimmer, have had a few bosch products over the years and have not been disappointed, this is my first cordless trimmer ( always had corded ) and it's brilliant, it's quite powerful and cuts grass and weed easily.

Really, really good option. It looked a bit flimsy online, but is pretty sturdy instead. It should last a long time, typical Bosch quality

Easy to put together. Works amazingly well. Great product.

Ideal on the edges of a suburban garden, around trees if all there is only grass and 'soft' weeds growing, however it will not cope with areas of ground that have been left for a month or two, won't cope with tall nettles easily or other weeds whose stems are becoming woody. I do like the automatic line feed and it is lightweight. The battery is easy to remove from the handle for charging.

Easy assembly. took 2 minutes to get the cellotape off package, 1 minute to put together, 2 minutes to strim the edges of lawn it was bought for; job done in 5 minutes and unit packed away.Easy to build, easy to use and no trailing cords.
