Used these products for years, all over my home - hope this one lasts a long time.
I have these things all over my home due to power outages, surges, lightning strikes, etc. Unfortunately, the area was without power for a week (2024 hurricane) and my smaller unit started shutting down that manages some essential monitors, etc. This thing is very heavy and I was afraid when I read I had to remove a door/ batteries, etc. The good news is that the batteries were already connected and all I had to do was figure out how to open the door, remove the sticky labels, turn upside down and reinsert. I hope it lasts for many years. *I bought a generator for any future hurricane outages.

Saves essays like a superhero.
These saved my bacon so very hard. My HVAC caught fire while I was writing an essay that I hadn't saved at all. I acted quickly and turned off the breakers to the house but because my desktop and my internet was connected I had the time to save and shut down my desktop. And I had wifi access while the fire department was inspecting the house!Truly invaluable.

Perfect fit. Great price.
Has worked great for me. Running internet modem, router, and computer setup with plenty of power to spare. No interruptions with power flickers and run time displayed on screen was accurate during a power outage. Love the silencing option for the alarm as the beeps are loud to ensure you hear it.

Great UPS and worked as advertised.
Great UPS. Got it for my 3d printers have power flickers caused me to lose a 50+ hr print. Just had some power flickers today and this did its job by keeping the printers on and printing. Also kept my internet on when the power flickered. I live in a small town that gets power flickers from time to time and this is perfect for my needs.

Simple, effective but annoying.
I have owned 3 APC systems over the past decade. The first died quickly and was replaced with my second one for free by APC. That unit lasted nearly 6 years and performed admirably. This unit, I've had for over a year now and it's worked nearly flawlessly. So why do I call it annoying? Because both times it's had an error it beeped super loud and it was a false alarm. Error claims to be non repairable, but simply turning it off and back on resets it and then it'll pass a self test with flying colors. Other than that, it's performed exactly as expected

Failed Self Test - Replace Battery
I've had this UPS Back Up, for two weeks now, decided to check out the software download. After installing, I run the self test and it failed, a small window popped up on my monitor instructing me to contact the supplier to purchase a new $100.00 battery, or skip that and just buy another new one. I ran the test a couple more times, same results. I even tried resetting and restarting it a few times, it kept failing the test. I sent the Amazon third party supplier an email and got back some kind of automated case letter. So then I called Amazon, and they sent the supplier a second email. This time they reply requested my shipping address, so we gave it. Next, day I get a reply from them telling me their UPS website is down and they will contact me again when its working again. So, at this point I had enough and called Amazon back. This time I filed a claim for the return of my money. They told me I should see a refund within 5-7 business days. I guess the supplier will eventually get around to sending a return shipping label if the want their defective merchandise returned. After the fact, I found out this model had be discontinued, even thought they said noting in their sales ad on Amazon about that; And they're selling a new model for twice the price. Hopefully, it will be a better product.Note: This is my second review since I purchased two of these units and both now have failed the battery test. Owning two of these has revealed a pattern which anyone purchasing only one of these wouldn't notice. These unit come equipped with an USB cable which connects from the Battery Back-Up to a computer, software is then downloaded and the user is able to monitor the operation, and perform periodic battery tests. They call this software 'Power-Chute Personal Edition' During the battery test of both units I noticed there was a button for 'Replace Battery Date' I clicked on it and noticed a replacement date of 3/18/21, and 2/18/21 on the other unit. This means as of this date of writing these batteries are already 3 years old! And I've owned these units for a only a few weeks. This would mean the seller is using Amazon to sell off his old warehouse inventory of batteries which have expired dates. The proof is the age of the batteries in these brand new units when tested. This poses a problem because the batteries have an estimated life of 3 years. And both batteries have failed the battery test. In the software, the seller states, "We recommend that you change the battery in your unit at least once every 3 years." If you are one of the unfortunate ones who ended up with one of these defective units, simply contact Amazon Customer Service and explain in detail what has happened here. Even though this is a third-party seller, Amazons A-Z warranty will reimburse you in the event the seller does not refund you if you act within the 30 day warranty period. But, they may even extend the period due to the sellers deception. Finally, based on my own experience with this seller, this seller will try to get you to pay for return shipping, don't do it. If he wants his defective merchandise returned then let him ship you a free shipping label.

Good to have
After tiring of losing control of internet connected devices during brief power outages, I purchased this UPS and added my internet run hubs as well as our TV power. No loss of connection during power outages. The system tells how much time remains in the backup as soon as power goes out. With a 58" TV I would get a couple of hours before losing power so I usually unplug the TV after a few minutes and that provides many hours of backup for the thermostat, garage door hub, phone extender etc.

Outstanding Save
Have had it for a short time and it's already come into use a couple times. It already seems much better than the Cyberpower it is replacing. Removing and placing the batteries the other way round is a wonky setup, but it does work. That could definitely be improved in further iterations. Good overall experience, so far. But, as usual, what matters is how long the device lasts. Only time will tell. Worth buying though, to save your electronics from frying.
