I first tried calm flavor, on a day when I was struggling with energy and attitude. The taste was at first very different but your palate quickly adjusts to it and more importantly - it works. I had to Google health benefits of green oats to find out why, because I was familiar with holy basil, but not Avena sativa - and I was not disappointed by the effects of the impressive plant. I added it to my supplement stack as I have been looking for high level cognitive additions to add with my lion's mane and bacopa nootropics. It worked fast too. I tried the sleep one later and the cherry vanilla is not only helpful to relax, it tastes AMAZING. I was doubtful but this company won me over. Good job. I personally think supplements absorb better and you feel them faster than using a capsule and I can only handle so much dry powder or tinctures in one day so decent tasting ones I have been steady waiting for or making my own.

Not going to say that it tastes bad, but I am having trouble finishing a whole can. If you’ve ever had to drink herbal Chinese medicines, or tinctures of herbs…this has that underlying flavor. Of course, you could add things too it or make it more of a “cocktail” that you sip in a pretty glass…which is what I think I will end up doing! I think I just get thrown off my the can and end up trying to drink it straight out of the can for the convenience. I’m going to have to treat it like more of a “mixer” to make non-alcoholic drinks. Anyway, just wanted to give people an idea of what to expect! It’s not bad…just definitely has a strong herbal/vitamin flavor.

I read the reviews and was a little hesitant because everyone said the taste was too herby, but I actually love the flavors. I’m a tea drinker and I feel like these have a similar herb flavor like tea does. Just cold instead of hot. They also truly work. All of them do exactly as they say-“sleep”, “calm” etc.the sleep one makes me sleep like a baby. And the energy ones give me energy without having a crash. Plus I feel good about the low calories and no sugar additives. Highly recommend!

The flavor was light. . .so light it was like it was begging to be paired with something else more dynamic. Unfortunately, I tried to pair it with another juice and was still underwhelmed. I did not notice an increase in focus or anything special. Perhaps I've been to conditioned to the effects of a Celsius energy drink once every so often so unless I get those moments of clarity and hyper focus, I don't notice. In either case, I'll finish it up and try something from a different brand.

I never leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience with these and other alternative beverages featuring adaptogens for others who may be sensitive to these additives.I have tried all four flavors on different days. While I enjoyed the flavor of all four, Focus, Calm, and Sleep made me dizzy, gave me a racing heart, and left me feeling drugged and irritable for hours. The effects of Energy were similar to most energy drinks containing ginseng, but the dose was so strong that I could only drink a small amount before feeling jittery and uncomfortable. As another reviewer stated, I only drank about 1/3 of a can of each flavor and had an immediate and unfortunate experience. I had a similar experience with the Kin Euphorics Bloom beverage. I do not take any medications and I'm a relatively healthy person with no medical conditions.Of course, everyone will react differently to adaptogens and nootropics, but proceed with caution if you're new to this trend. These are also very expensive, so if you're unsure of how you'll react, start with one can before purchasing a full 12 pack.

My husband loves them. He's not a big coffee drinker so this is his go to caffeine

They all have a strong taste of Stevia which I can't tolerate much. Wish I would have read the ingredients more carefully. Sweetener used is Steviol Glycoside.My least favorite is the Energy drink. Flavor is Orange & Ginger. Ginger is not strong so that's a plus but I flavor was too odd for me. Focus drink flavor is Blueberry & Lemon, this is the only one I could really tolerate to drink. Calm and Sleep flavors were ok and I would probably drink again if it wasn't for the strong sweetener aftertaste.

I am so disappointed that they’re out of stock. I literally have one every single day. I look forward to my time with elements. My favorites are calm, focus, and I enjoy energy when I’m about to do some thing active. I haven’t gotten to love the sleep yet. But I’m so disappointed that focus and energy are out of stock for so long. I’m desperately needing them back.
