Hi, great product! The top piece of the cocktail mixer in my set has gone missing, and I'd like to get a replacement part- how can I make that happen?

How do you remove the shaker top?

Our cobbler style shakers have 3 pieces: the base tin, the built-in strainer, and the top cap. When shaking cold drinks, the stainless steel contracts slightly and can make a little harder to separate. If this happens, tap it with your hands to remove or run warm water over the shaker to loosen it.

Does it come in a gift box?

Yes, our cocktail shaker sets come in a giftable box and they make for a great gift! You can also add the gift wrapping option that Amazon offers at checkout!

Are utensils dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand washing with soapy water for our barware products. This will ensure the brushed copper finish is better maintained for a long time.
