I purchased this memory product after researching several memory products available on Amazon. I selected the Body Manual product based on the ingredients, especially when compared to Neuriva and Prevagen. The Body Manual memory boost contain a whole range of active ingredients proven to improve memory and help with brain function. I was surprised that the Prevagen product had very little scientific evidence and only one active ingredient and it turns out the study they talk about was their own.The product arrived in 3 days and I have already started to take it as directed. I'll let you know in a few weeks how it is working...if I remember:)It's been almost 4 months......very please with this purchased and will be placing another order next week. I feel my attention and concentration are much improved

Ingredients need higher doses to be effective

I’m 67 years old, and found myself struggling to remember little details. It was like I knew what I wanted to say or write, but I couldn’t think of the right words. I didn’t want things to get worse, so I decided I would search to see if I could find something that would help. A friend of mine heard about this Body Manual brand. I’m not a big one for taking all kinds of supplements, but after reading the ingredients thought I would give it a try. I mean it couldn’t hurt, right? I’ve been taking them for a few weeks now, and feel like things have improved. I think I am a bit more focused, and find that my mind isn’t wandering as much. I hope this helps others.

I take prior to meals with my digestive enzymes. It must be working ;)
