Loved this product. Reminds me of grandma’s pans.

I made the Bottom chocolate Sourdough Babka with this pan. Comes out easy, easy to clean. I prefer the metal to the glass baking dishes. I'm still trying to perfect my braiding techniques for this bread. But it's delicious. Helps to have a good baking pan.

I prefer dark loaf pans to shiny as they tend to Brown them bread better you can leave a shiny pan and it's so in the oven longer to get brown but then it's dry...so I prefer the dark pans. These pans are well made non-stick although I still oil the pan they're perfect...

One shopping loaf pans, be sure to check your recipe for proper pan size.Most require 8.5 x 4.5. This is it!Made all the difference when I made pound cake loaf!

I have other Chicago Metallic loaf pans, never an issue. The new ones leave food in the corners at the folds of the pans. They bake well, no sticking

Haven't had anything stick (but I coat it with some sort of fat anyway). The pan seems to be solid and well constructed, but I've only used it a few times, so I can't speak to it's longevity and durability past speculation and first impressions.

Very sturdy and easy to clean. Good size for gifting loaf pan cakes. I like this pan better since the heat goes around the baking cake, and they cook evenly, rather than the pans that have the rectangles together in the pan and sometimes you have spots that don't get done. I purchased a second one to get my holiday baking done more efficiently.
