Purchased two and plan to purchase more. Came in a bubble wrapped box containing shaped foam packaging material. Mugs change color rapidly and the photos are very crisp and detailed.When selecting your images and placing your text: 1) Expect the top portion of the image to be hidden unless you fill the mug to the rim. 2) The portion near the handle does not change color or have a photo. 3) It is only possible to read or see about a third of the printed field at any one time, without extra ordinary measures such as mirrors. 4) The edge of the heat boundary is 'foggy' as the temperature transitions, especially if image color and mug color are very different.From this I would suggest making three 'panels' with the top third containing nothing important, place any text on the bottom third, and choosing a mug color that compliments the image. Image editing software would have been useful to composite images and text into one file to upload.

Love it. I get to see my dog's photo while at work every time I drink hot liquids hahaha. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is because the photo is a tad bit bright, as in it looks like I used flash in the photo. Other than that, this is a great item & pretty interesting to have around..

I bought this as a gift for my grandfather for Christmas with him and my grandmother on it, as my grandmother passed away suddenly this past October. I wanted a way to give her to him and let me tell you the photo quality on it is beyond AMAZING! The photo is on BOTH sides of the cup AND it arrived earlier than the original delivery date, also came with the cutest little spoon and a gift box. He said he will have to walk around with hot water at all times and avoid anyone with ice, amazing and beautiful way for him to honor her memory I bragged to everyone about how amazing the cup turned out

I got this as a gift for my friend. When you go to upload your photo, it will tell you the right sizing and let you know if your picture will work or not. I tested the mug before giving it to my friend and the picture quality was great considering it was on a mug! Made a really cool gift and would definitely buy again

I got this for my dad on father's day and I used a picture of an old photo I had taken with my phone. I didn't know if it would turn out ok, as I set up and ordered, and shipped it directly to my dad sight unseen. I went to visit and he showed me, it was perfect. No worries for future orders. But it does take a bit of time for the company to prepare it so I would order extra early, about two or three weeks beforehand if it's for a specific date or holiday.

I really liked the image on the cup. It was fun, when I gave it as a gift,for the receiver to have the picture revealed. What I didn't expect was how small the mug was going to be. It was too small to have a decent size cup of coffee and thus will rarely be used.

This was a great gift and they loved the uniqueness of it! I was impressed by the packaging! They definitely took care to make sure it arrived safe and not broken. Attention to things like that is so important! I would highly recommend this company and the product!
