Q: I bought the steamer recently and it keeps shutting off as soon as I turn it on. Used it for 3 days. The power switch blinks before shuts off ?

Mine worked exactly twice before it stopped working completely, so I returned it. I bought a much cheaper model without all the bells and whistles, and it works just fine.

Q: How many times do you use it and do you ise all modes all together?

It can be used on a daily basis and we use the moisturizer mode the most but you can use several functions in one treatment period.

Q: Does it hot the water or will have to put in hot water?

You add cold distilled water and the heating element in the steamer heats it and converts it to steam.

Q: Can’t smell essential oils, Do I need to add water to that chamber as well?

Yes, you add water each time you use it (with or without essential oils).
