OSD AMP 300 IS REMARKABLE
Everything about this Amp is awesome and I am impressed with it's power and clarity. It is not cheaply made and it is heavy to me the sound quality is unbelievable. I have rp280s for fronts and it has more than they need.

Very nice quality
Used this amp for my TV speakers and it works well, has an auto shut off that I like.

Stopped working after 2 weeks.
Worked fine at first, but with no warning stopped producing output. Input signal detection light goes green but no output on any speaker channel.Swapped the old (Yamaha) amp back in, and it worked, so not an input problem.Other purchasers have described the same issue, so this seems endemic to this model.
