These gummies taste just like candy . I can’t really tell you the effectiveness yet because I haven’t used them long enough,

2nd time getting these. I hate taking iron pills because of the aftertaste, but these have managed to basically make any iron taste nonexistent. They're soft and taste pretty good. Great for if you want to make taking vitamins more enjoyable and less of a chore!

I know I wasn't looking for something that tasted amazing but these things are gross. At first I thought it was just the after taste but nope, it's the taste and the aftertaste that lingers is pretty awful. You can one hundred percent tell it's a gummy with a lot of iron. With that said, I do not take three a day anymore. I take one and I do feel less tired. I was also looking for something with zinc because zinc is the secret to all things in your body. Several of the vitamins in this gummy can cause constipation but I have not struggled with that at all even when I was taking 3 a day. I am also a diabetic and can tell that there's definitely a lot of sugar in it but it doesn't raise my glucose so that's a plus.

Great product for those who don't like an iron tablet after taste or who get nauseated from belching to taste of the iron pills. Great absorbsion.
