Q: Does the pasta come out starchy

It comes with very good directions for different pasta types and timing so I’ve been very pleased, ie you can make it starchy or al dente or as you like it

Q: How many servings can you cook at one time?

I only have done two. The pasta cooker overflows every time. It seems to take more time then it should and makes a mess in my microwave

Q: I've used similar products before, same problem. The steam created leaves the interior of the microwave soaking wet after using. What about this one??

There will always be steam from a vent which is needed for food to cook, but try using a little less water and see the results

Q: Does this work with all pasta or just spaghetti type pasta?

I've only used it with spaghetti, but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work on other pastas. You just wouldn't want to fill it too full. By the way, I really liked this product.
