Poor quality
One of the mugs was broken and the markers don't work they appear dry out. Looking at the product now I think I could have got mugs n placed a chalk board sticker on it.

Very Nice Product, Awful packaging by provider and Amazon
I like the product, St. Valentines Heart Mug set, however the packaging was awful. Arrived with an inferior designed inner box rattling around in the outer Amazon box which was too large and hardly any bubble wrap protection. This is unusual. I am an Amazon prime member and this combination of poor packaging occurs on a rare occasion.I would like to have had Saint Valentine's Chalkboard Heart Mugs, Set of Two 16 Oz Tea or Coffe Mugsthe Valentine's Day Mug set but afraid to risk the same packaging and having to go thru the return process. I was buying this for my Daughter's Valentine's Day gift.

I ordered this set and only received one of the mugs, which was also cracked, and didn't receive any chalkboard pens in the package.
