very useful information even for amateurs
Muy informativo. Toca temas con mucha profundidad pero que se pueden entender sin ser un especialista. Probaré varias de sus recomendaciones

WOW, this is the Mother of All References for Peak Performance!
After listening to a few interviews with James about his new book, I was on the fence about whether or not I needed to purchase the book.. I'd already learned so much for free. :)I received my book today, and I AM GLAD I BOUGHT IT. It contains SO much information that I am unfamiliar with. And, I listen to 10+ hours of health podcasts every week, so I pick up quite a bit. This text book contains over 2.5K references!I know I'll be picking through this information for years to come. I know it isn't written for this purpose, but I've used one of his suggestions for increasing blood volume to decrease my plasma donation time by about 1/3.If you're on the fence about the RIO, get this book. It's value GREATLY exceeds the small cost.

Great knowledge
Probably viewed as “unconventional” knowledge because of the hold that the pharmaceutical industry has on healthcare and lifestyle choices. Reading this book will help you break free from those chains, giving you the secrets to unlock your potential.

Information I wish I had in my 20’s!
This book is great and broken down so even I can understand the importance of proper training. While I am 49 and beginning way too late in life… I believe this information is powerful at any age! Never too late to train properly!

Highly recommend!!!!
I am a health coach and I read books like this one all the time to keep up with what's going on in the world of health and fitness. WIN is by far the best,no BS, one I've read in a while. Some of the recommendations may go against what you believe to be truth but all of them are backed by science. A lot of what is out there is just someone's opinion that was made 'fact'.

Amazing book!! -IFBB Pro bodybuilder here
This is an amazing book and absolutely worth every penny. It can be a little overwhelming if you don’t understand the general basics of nutrition and exercise. However I still feel it does a great job of breaking things down and explaining them in terms everyon can understand. I’ve been working out for 20 years and I have been an IFBB PRO bodybuilder since 2019. This book is going to help me progress even more. Highly recommend this book as well as “the salt fix”

Book needs to be updated(and it was just published in Dec 2021)
I have a B.S. in Exercise Science and am always looking for new stuff to read that is in my field.I like the concept of the book, but I was disappointed to find some of the information to be old and wrong, considering it was just published in Dec 2021.For the average person the stuff I found wrong won't hurt you, unless you're trying to take a test. But that info shouldn't be in the book.As I continued reading through the book, I was interested in some statements (that had references) so I went to the back of the book so I could look them up and come to find out the reference was wrong.....read another statement that was interesting, so looked it's reference up in the back...it was also not the correct reference.I continued trying to read and found another statement that interested me, looked the reference up and that reference was actually the one to the 1st statement. So the references seem right but they are all out of place making looking the up a pain.Overall I give the book 3 stars.
