Good for low dose
Bought these for grandkids. They ended up needing higher and different doses, so bought higher dose capsules. I tried one gummy 2.5 mg. Cleared my head, gave me energy and had a good mood. Not something I would need regular. I think it's a great low dose choice and tastes good.

Maybe this is a low dose but amazon refunded and i kept them. I take them whenever i remember

not the best taste
i got these for my daughter but she wouldn’t eat them. she has tried all kinds of gummy vitamins and usually likes them. these don’t have the best taste and are super sticky.

I hate when people review product that they just got (I want results!) but that’s what I’m doing because of the reviews saying it tasted bad. I got these for my daughter and she is incredibly picky. I can’t tell you how many things I bought that she won’t take. She ate them and I tried one too. They are incredibly delicious! As far as the effect only time will tell. I will update.

Noticed massive difference in 3 days!
I absolutely love these for myself for mood, anxiety, motivation and focus. I take these before coffee, it's a must have! It blends nicely with L-theanine and ashwagandha. I like these specifically because of the 2.5mg dosage option. I can easily adjust or titrate when needed with ease.A NOTE OF CAUTION: one of my children had a terrible allergic reaction with burning itchy hives all over his body with just 1 gummie. Benadryl and oatmeal bath helped. But this is a common possible side effect for lithium orotate supplements in general, not just this brand. It's just something to consider.Also a family member of mine had great mood and motivation improvements, but then it started to make her dizzy and effect her vertigo.
