I get these every couple months because its a great price but also they are the kind that melt in your mouth and the tablets are tiny so swallowing them isnt an issue.

Love this B-12 supplement! I have a problem swallowing most supplements because of the large size of the pills. This small under the tongue dissolvable was the perfect answer and getting my vitamin B levels within healthy range.

This b12 doesn't have all of the chemicals like many other brands. It also dissolves quickly and works fast. I feel the effects almost immediately after taking it. I am very pleased with this product and will definitely purchase it again. It doesn't have a strong taste.

It's important to note that the normal range for B-12 levels is typically 200-900 pg/mL, and levels higher than 2000 pg/mL may cause side effects or other health concerns, like: Liver disease, Kidney disease, certain blood disorders, like leukemia or polycythemia vera, and even diabetes. My B12 was low there for awhile and I'm not good with shots.I decided to go with this brand and I can say, it's amazing how much my levels came up and how good I feel.This is by far better than the shots, for me anyway.

No bad taste. In fact, it's pleasant. It just dissolves under the tongue. I need to use the methylcobalamin kind because I get a bad reaction (zero energy) to cyanocobalamin.
