I have taken the Megagenics brand for several years. Initially I could only get it through my Dr. office so it's great to be able to buy the brand on Amazon. I take these daily and enjoy the energy boost as well as healthy hair and nails. The size is tolerable, some may find it large, but it is smooth and goes down easily.There is a slight after taste. I noticed that I have to have food in my stomach to be able to tolerate it or else I get nauseated. These are high dose, comprehensive Vitamin B supplements...worth every penny!

I have been using Metagenics products for quite some time and find that, especially Glycogenics, is great for energy. I notice a definite decrease in energy if I don't take Glyco.

I bought this product for a plethora of different reasons but one of the first things that I noticed (I have only been using it for about 2 weeks) is that my nails began to grow! They are white, strong, and the ridges have disappeared! Ridges usually represent some sort of mineral deficiency btw. I do feel better throughout the day as well!
