My Bright up Super Washable kit arrived on time and when I opened it, it was in a stylish/quality black box, hell I was so impressed by the box that I couldn't wait to open it and when I did, I immediately had to check my order to make sure it was $24. because of the quality and the packaging was very impressive and elegant for the price. So of course I just had to try it and I loved it, it's very quiet, sleek, easy to clean, and easy to maneuver for difficult areas (you know what I mean).

Well worth the money, has a lot of accessories for all the shaving needs. Can easily clean it by rinsing it with water. Also, the battery life is great, haven't charged a lot and don't feel like the battery is draining that fast.

Since then, I’ve contacted their warranty department at least four times with no resolution.Customer service has been absolutely useless – they refuse to help, and every time I ask for a supervisor, I’m told they’re unavailable. No one calls back. No one follows up. It’s like they’re doing everything possible to avoid honoring their warranty.This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. A product is only as good as the support behind it, and Brightup fails miserably on that front.Save your money and your sanity. Do not buy this product.
