Sorry, the pockets of this presentation binder are bound in, so are not removable. There is a 12-pocket version that you can find here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08GJJNZS4

Yes! It must peel off... my binders don't have it on there.

Q: Is the plastic used for the sleeves very lightweight? I need something with a little bit of body to it.

The sleeves are quite thin. Loading plain paper to the sleeves will make a rather flimsy page. I used 80 lb bond between the sheets I loaded to provide some weight and body to each page. Hope that helps. It’s a great presentation book if you put a sheet of heavy paper between the two sheets you are loading.
