Q: What size are the buttons? My braces/suspenders are for 18mm buttons..

That is about the right size for these.

Q: Can you see these outside the pants?

Yes . . . they do show outside the pants, but look good . . . an elegant acccessory.

Q: Stupid Question. Not sure which side is up? They hold on both ways.

I’m sure you could try them both way to see which holds better. The ones I bought the button on the clip kept braking into pieces . So I end up sewing in buttons in the pants.

Q: Second time I used them, one of them broke in two... rendering the set incomplete. Can I get a replacement?

I was told they should have and usually do shipped extra buttons in every button sets., if your botton set didn't come with extra buttons you should be able get a replacement button if your purchase is still within their 30 days purchase Warranty return policy but don't quote me on that.
