Blah! I really wanted these to work, but for me it was a fail. Maybe because I am not a diabetic but everything they state on the box worked exactly the opposite for me. Soon after I drink this I crash. I was so lethargic. I guess I was so busy ready the front of the box I didn't pay attention to the back where the ingredients are listed. Now I understand why I crashed. There are 3 sugars (sugar, maltodextrin & dextrose) Also not to mention if you add the 8 oz of vitamin a & d skim which contains 13g carbs & 12g sugar. I tried it with water & I still crashed. Its inedible with water & left a bad aftertaste. Tasted like watered down chocolate milk. I hate to be the party pooper but for me it doesn't work. The order arrived very quickly & in good condition. Seller shipped quick in about 2 days. I will stick with the EAS AdvantEdge carb control RTD dark chocolate shake which I got from the supermarket to use until these came. It taste a lot better & gives me a nice boast of energy, doesnt make me crash & has a lot more vitamins & minerals & is cheaper. I went on the Extend website and they seemed to really care about diabetes so I cant be mad at them. Just wish I didn't waste my money because I ordered 3 boxes. The Rubbermaid shaker bottle I also ordered to make the shakes with is excellent and is inexpensive!

These shakes are super EASY for quick breakfasts and perfect for those watching SUGAR intake. All three flavors work great when shaken with cold milk. You can use water, but as you might expect, it is not as rich & creamy. I've seen nothing else on the market with low carb/sugar ratio, even Slimfast carb control. What I LOVE about these shakes is I can have one at 8AM and not be hungry until noon. They really fill you up! Great product, I wish it was more widely available (in stores). RIght now, you can purchase only on Amazon and/or Market America/Shop.com sellers.

I like this tasty product. It doesn't raise my blood glucose readings in the first few hours after I drink it. It has a good chocolate flavor. I don't know if it lasts 9 hours as stated because I didn't test my blood later. I did stay full for a few hours. I mix with water and ice and shake it vigorously and viola' a tasty thick drink.It does take a little shaking and stirring. I'm sure it would be much creamier made in a blender but it's fine for me to just stir and shake. Instructions say better with milk I but have not tried it that way. I'm sure it would be tastier than just with the water. But all in all a good product for me. A lower price would be a plus.

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of this product and how easily the powder mixed. I have gestational diabetes that is diet controlled and this shake never caused my blood sugar to spike up. I primarily used this shake as an easy snack. IT wasn't filling enough as a meal replacement. For those on the fence, it's definitely worth a try.

My wife bought this for a family member and he reported that the taste and texture was very good. He enjoyed them. Good seller and delivery.

Not being a diabetic I find that this has a little bit of that "fake sugar" taste. It still has a great taste, and this would be an excellent product for someone who is pre-diabetic or diabetic. It is a quality product, however it only contains 5 bags instead of the normal 7.

Mark my words. Everything written on the product description is true. My diabetic grandmum and mum loves this. For days now, we have noticed a more regulated blood sugar compared to other chocolate drinks out there. They take their drugs regularly and still have a drink of cocoa with no fears.
