This really targets the little knots in your neck but be gentle. It’s best to use it for just a few minutes at a time.

Rumble Roller is what my mother in Japan used to use at home for her back and I was glad to find it in Amazon.ca. This brand is most recognized as the best roller in Japan. It is a solid good roller and it works as you are at the massage therapist for your leg and back. The store was very quick to respond when I had an issue. I recommend this product.

RumbleRoller is mein dritter Faszienroller. Er is wesentlich breiter (80 Zentimeter) als meine alten Roller und zusammen mit der Textur hat eine hervorrangende Wirkung.Kein unangenehmer "chemischer" Geruch.Sehr zu empfehlen ( der hohe Preis ist bei dieser Qualität mehr als gerechtfertigt).
