These are not military grade flash lights but then they didn't cost $250 either. So, given the very affordable cost to get two very bright lights with a lighter attached to the other end I would say this was a very good buy. my only real issue is with the plasma lighter. it is exactly as it appears in the advertisement, and it does work so my complaint is really with these plasma lighters overall not so much of this light itself. my wife sighed and said she wanted it but she wanted to try the plasma lighter, so she got a candle and try to light it. First of all the cap does not go back far enough to allow the lighter to go clear to the bottom of the candleholder (2" into a 3" jar ) so you can't get the arc to the wick on the candle. I would say that for survival you better not count on this because you would not be able to light wood with it reliably unless you are able to cut up small kindling and light that.But, having said that I am not disappointed because it's exactly as it was described and it works very well. I think I will get more and use them as stocking stuffers next Christmas.

So far, I haven’t found anything that I don’t like with this product. It’s an amazing deal! I thought I was getting one flashlight& one plasma lighter, it’s Two flashlights, & two plasma lighters! Rechargeable, easy to use. The only thing I don’t know, is how long it will last. From the looks of it, & the way it’s built, I think it will last a long time. I bought extra for gifts, but I’ll probably end up ordering more.

One flashlight worked perfectly yet the second light failed to charge up and did not function at all.It was connected to the charger for 24 hours yet it did not charge up.The other flashlight functions great.

overall this is a fine item, priced about right. Flashlight works well and seems like it would be water resistant. I doubt it's water proof. My main complaint is you can not fix it to your molle system on a bag. Meaning you would have to dig for it when you need it. The lighter works well and the unit itself charges in little time. the indicator light goes off when the unit is charges to let you know its reached capacity on the battery. If you are looking for a small flashlight, you could certainly do worse than this one. But you could probably find a better one for just a little more money
