When I ordered this nebulizer I had low expectations and fully expected to return it. It has greatly exceeded those expectations and I am extremely happy with it. I couldn't be happier with it. It is also quite affordable.I ordered my first one in May, it quit working on me 2 months ago. I ordered a replacement last month and it failed me almost immediately. I sent it back to Amazon. Sending it back to China for warranty work is cost prohibitive if they agree to fix or replace it at all. My advice is don't waste your money on this device.

Small handheld unit, it did exactly what I purchased It for. I have severe COPD and this helped loosen the mucus in my lungs. The directions were easy to understand and it was up and running in short order. The operation was whisper quiet. Purchased RSV Hypertonic saline solution to use in the Nebulizer. Amazon got both of the items to me the same day, which was appreciated since I was having some difficulty with my condition. Feeling much better now. I have sinus issues as well and this was very soothing.

I don't have any bad things to say. Half the reviews complained on here I can clearly tell are not chronic or bad asthmatics like I am and have bin my whole 25 years of like I was also pre mature born. My big bulky nebulizer and the sound alone I hate n have tot are 3 daily n basiclly live at home bc animals. Grass and the temperature cause me to wheeze and have attacks. This little thing is so silent and spill proof!! No more wasted medicine!!!!!!!! It's so small and portable iv just gained my freedom as a young women for the first time in 25 years of my life because of this product. I has attacks when it's to hot or cold above or below 50-60dg I live in Maryland. Where the weather is always bi polar. I can now go out and do things year round with this little device without fear of needing to stay close to home or not being out long bc I'll wheeze n need a treatment. I can now enjoy winter and go out for walks with my dogs when it's to hot or cold for me now to. And to anyone reading reviews put off by the few bad reviews fyi those are Karen reviews not to there satisfaction instead of the real product. It puts out my medicine silently and in a nice gentle way. Idk why I saw complains it wasn't *hard enough* uhm the medicine n nebulizer shouldn't spray moisture or medicine on you when useing. So idk why they said what they said. Again GREAT AND LOVE IT!Update, you do need to regularly wash out the mouthpiece where the mist comes out due to the medicine that’s in the nebulizing cartridges. It does get caked up with some salt and it does put out Lesmes so as long as you keep it clean and you regularly clean it it will work perfectly fine.

Battery or Mini-USB power source, multiple face mask sizes. Very quiet compared to the old style nebulizers and much more affordable. I can use this to treat a child in the middle of the night with a cough and it won't wake the house. Easy to operate. Worth every penny.

This product is very compact and makes traveling so much easier. I used to have to take up so much space in my luggage, now It's very minimal.

Nothing like having charging issues on a trip no matter what you try! New batteries, plugging it in, nothing worked. Lasted about a year. Perks are that it’s incredibly silent, so if you have a young child that’s sick you can easily do a saline treatment without waking them up.

I think I reviewed this before, but can't find it. At Goodwill this year I got what must be the industrial nebulizer. Has a powerful engine & is so loud that I dislike using it. Now I understand how revolutionary this hand-held one is. But when I was sick last time & put colloidal silver into THIS model, it stopped working. I cleaned it out & it worked again, and it does work fine with hypochlorous acid. My liquid budesonide vial says NOT to use with an ultrasonic type nebulizer, which I think this is.
