I keep buying cuz it works
I think this is one of the better tire/wheel cleaners for the price. I have it on a subscription for at least a couple of years so I’ve received several bottles. As soon as you spray it on a dirty tire you can see the dirt starting to melt off. It requires brushing to do a good job. Using a brush with medium hard bristles and a pressure washer is better. On my car that I wash weekly I never have to spray a 2nd time. In fact, I sometimes can skip the wheels and tires if I stick to my weekly schedule. If I wash someone else’s car I sometimes apply a 2nd coat to confirm I got all the dirt off and I’m impressed with how well it cleans with just one application. It doesn’t really leave a shine, but it looks clean. I would use gloves though. It feels very slippery if you get it on your hands and who knows what chems are in it. I think I got used to the smell as I’ve been using a couple of years, but I remember it leaving an egg smell and if it gets trapped inside the car you’ll have to air it out. I’ve also bought a Maguires version of the same thing. That one I don’t think smelled but the Turtle Wax seemed to do a better job. I think the pink color helps you know where you need to scrub and where you already cleaned. The foaming action makes it easy to spread and apply.

Works
Works amazingly well. Kinda smells funny. One bottle goes quick though.

Works Great!
Kind of expensive for just cleaning wheels, but it does a great job. Just follow the instructions and don't leave it on the wheel for too long before scrubbing and rinsing it off.

Product works well
My only complaint with this is the way it sprays on. It doesn’t seem to be a consistent spray pattern so you end up using twice the amount that you would need but it does seem to do a good job just sometimes needs a second coat.

A++
I recently used the Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Hyper Foam Wheel and Tire Cleaner, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. It effortlessly made my wheels and tires look brand new, removing all the dirt and grime with minimal scrubbing. The foam clings well to the surface. Leaves wheels and tires thoroughly clean. The only downside is that it goes quickly, so I wish it was available in a larger bottle. Despite this, the effectiveness of the product makes it a must-have for anyone looking to keep their wheels and tires in top condition. Highly recommended!

Quality and Durability are unsurpassed!
I was a little skeptical that the Turtle Wax wheel cleaner would be as effective as the marketing information implied. Boy! Was my skepticism misplaced and unwarranted. After reading the directions a couple of times, to ensure I clearly understood them, I applied the product to one wheel on my '92 BMW. The car's wheels have never been cleaned with any wheel cleaner: I preferred to use soap and water. I last cleaned (using soap and water) the wheels about 3 weeks before trying the Turtle Wax HyperFoam Wheel Cleaner: living in the Seattle area in Feb. - March, one can only imagine how dirty the wheels had become. After washing and drying the vehicle, I turned my attention to each wheel. I applied the Turtle Wax HyperFoam Wheel Cleaner as directed, agitated the tire and wheel and then dried both the tire and wheel using a cotton towel. The Turtle Wax HyperFoam Wheel Cleaner was so effective that each wheel looked cleaner than when I purchased the car in 1992! This 'stuff' is phenomenal and works better than advertised! A few weeks later, I applied the Turtle Wax HyperFoam Wheel Cleaner to the tires and wheels on my BMW M6 with the same results! Today, about 2 weeks after applying the Turtle Wax HyperFoam Wheel Cleaner, I performed a quick detail on the M6 and had to do absolutely nothing to the wheels or tires ... this was after 2 weeks of on again, off again rain. I do not know enough positive adjectives to describe how happy I am with this product; how easy it is to use and the quality and durability of the hybrid solution contained within.

Performs well but can't get around Smell
From my experience, I did see the cleaning power in action (even in light dilution) and liked the results, especially with the tire shine of the same company. The visual experience was satisfying entirely. However, the smell associated with this product is something I personally don't think it'll be worth putting up with. The smell, btw, is a combination of floral-like qualities but mixed with that "zoo" smell, or rotten eggs to some. It claimed that it has odor neutralizers to suppress the smell. While there are small moments where it's all flowers, there are others where it's that mixed scent. Even a small spill will add up the smell in the garage or driveway which would be a no-no for me. I actually went ahead and threw it into the garbage and never looked back. Adding to that I just went ahead and bought myself a gallon of P&S's Brake Buster which, I believe, performs similarly but without the smell.That being said, I am optimistic that the smell may be a thing of the past since companies such as Stoner already have just come out with Iron Removers with a different ingredient that has no smell and appears to have similar performance (update: not quite unless agitated) as its past brethren. I bought one myself just to smell it and I can attest to that claim. Hopefully, with that, Turtle Wax will follow suit and update their formulas. Perhaps I will then reconsider the Hyper Foam.I personally cannot go to this as my tire cleaning work horse as the Brake Buster will likely be that. But I cannot deny the cleaning power that it brings for tires and wheels.
