Tips on how to whip this mixture?

We will be more than happy to help you today. Your are going to want to put chunks of your butter in a bowl or stand mixer like a kitchen aid. Start whipping it on high, scrap down the butter that sticks to the sides, and keep whipping until it looks homogenous. Slowly add carrier oils like our Jojoba Oil or any of our Essential oils as needed and keep whipping until its the right consistency. Wishing you good health and well being. For the specific version that you posted this question on, it would be in a jar to be used as a cream. What is the Expiration date?

  Thank you for your question! We'll be happy to answer it for you. The Ultimate Butter, as with all of our butters, is good for about 2 years when you open/unseal and begin to use it. There should be a Best By date listed below the product label but that is a general suggestion. To help keep the product fresh, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry location out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. You can also refrigerate it and it will not affect the quality of the product. We hope that this helps answer your question.
