I've given this photo as a view of the straps in use. They are suitable for securing large 'light weight' items.The bread trays in the photos are approximately 900cm long each. (1.8m with excess strap left over).The ratchet mechanism is easy to use with no issues.The straps in my opinion of this width could be made from stronger webbing to offer more security.If you were to secure a bicycle for example, it would probably need wrapping around a couple of times.I don't expect longevity with these straps of this quality.

We have one of those beds that open to reveal storage and this had to be propped against a wall when some internal work was being undertaken. The bed opes automatically when placed on its side and has such a strong mechanism that it was impossible to hold shut. The idea of a ratchet strap came to mind and this reasonably priced model with good reviews was ordered. The delivery was next day. This allowed us to see if the theory would work in practice a couple of days before the internal work started and it did. This very well made sturdy product was exactly what we needed. So easy to use and the strap and hooks are as sturdy as the ratchet unit. Would highlight recommend.

As an Amazon seller myself I know the importance of giving reviews for small businesses. The item was as described, it seems well made and done the job I wanted it to do. I like the rubber hooks and parts of the ratchet that are rubber. This is helpful if you are strapping something to a vehicle and want to avoid scratches. I would recommend and buy again if I needs to.
