This product taste good, and has no weird after taste. I worked in a pharmacy years ago. We had a customer who had to get surgery from a massive blockage from capsules not digesting. This has caused me to opt for gummy vitamins over capsules. I like how convenient they’re, and no need for water. On the plus side when traveling they don’t make that obnoxious pill rattling sound.

For YEARS (like 5+) even though I've been taking D supplements my annual bloodwork has said thaI I am D Deficient until I stared taking this brand. Since taking these my bloodwork shows my Vitamin D levels are sufficient. Yay!
