Writing this review after 8-10 months of purchase. The weighing machine started malfunctioning. Raised a complaint for replacement as under warranty. Struggling to get product replaced. Been chasing the company for over a month. Everytime some new excuse - pin code is not serviced - audit going on warehouse - because of rain courier not available etc. Such lame excuses. Clearly shows the fraudulent intent of the company. Suggest not to buy from beatXP anything.±++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Received the product yesterday. Sturdy packaging. Looks beautiful and elegant. Comes with 2 batteries. Does the work it is meant for. Checked weight in intervals and at all times it gave the same reading. Got it for Rs 299. Worth the price.

Since most of its weight comes from the tempered glass which gives it a rigid and strong feeling. I thought it was a lightweight product and will be flimsy however it is very strong and has a weight to itself. I have not a single doubt on its build quality but do keep it in mind that at the end of the day it’s glass so take care of it.
