I normally don’t write reviews. But I have been so impressed with this eye massager that I have to share my story here. While I was in Texas helping my families, my right eye strangely swelled up with a thick bump on the upper lip. My family doctor prescribed eye antibiotics ointment. Used for 2 weeks but no improvement at all. I then visited an eye doctor and he also prescribed me another kind of medication. He instructed me to use dry heat eye mask and massage my eye lid. He said it’s due to my eye oil gland blockage. So I decided to search an eye massager on Amazon. I bought and tried several brands. But I was not impressed at all. Until I found Bob and Brad eye massager and give it a try. Wow, it feels so different. The way it massages around the eye and side of temples feeling so good that I often fell asleep before the session ends. The 4 button functions for you to choose your desired pressure, heat, music etc are so convenient. After a month of consistent daily use of this device, my eye gradually back to normal. But I have made this my daily routine using it before bedtime and after wake up in the morning. My eye sight has improved and puffiness around my eyes are way much better like no longer there. My friends said I looks much younger, healthy and happier. Eyes don’t lie. Now my eyes are not as tired and watery as before. And more, it relieves my seasonal allergies symptoms of nose stuffiness, congestion and headaches. I now use way much less of allergy nasal spray and pills. Wow, never thought of these benefits comes from an eye massager. My sister also bought one after she saw the difference after I use it. She totally fell in love with it. I often found her fell asleep on the couch with “Bob and Brad” on her face. Funny. We bought many products on Amazon but very rare to feel strong impression and love of a product. This one is definitely exceptional. I will definitely recommend to friends and relatives.The customer service of this company is also extremely good. They respond to customer’s questions and needs very promptly. This is kind of company will be successful by making great products and good customer support.

After reading probably a hundred reviews of heat &massage masks I ordered Bob and Brads and now have used it half dozen times. I had had many headaches recently—I DO get migraines but this current one isn’t a migraine. More tension that had been rolling around my head. Went to eye doctor—-doesn’t think it’s eyes, but it IS affecting eyes. Discussing with neurologist——so since we don’t know the cause yet I have been tentative about using the massage feature. The massage feature felt too strong——on low——however, headaches have pretty much gone away. I also have extremely dry eyes—-so the heat and massage is good for that. But as I said the massage hasn’t been exactly comfortable.This mask is a quality product and works as it should. Easy to operate while wearing once you memorize where the “buttons” are. 🙄I will try this a couple more times but think I will return it in favor of a mask that is heat only. When my current headaches have been diagnosed I may try again. Right now it’s the heat that feels best. I agree with others who say they would like to be able to choose the massage mode they want—there was one mode that left me wanting more. —--and that “voice” at the end IS a “jolt” when you are sooo relaxed. I’ve charged it only once.

Loved this at first. I do have some thoughts on ways I’d like it better. I have a small head I guess so I feel like having the hinge in the center it doesn’t fully sit flush on the nose area of my face. The hinge makes it bend still a bit there. I think if I got one that didn’t fold in the center I would get better pressure in that area. However it is a great product. I use it often. Helps a bit with my migraines & it is super relaxing. I do love the heat settings too!

This is SO amazing; everyone that has tried it ends up ordering one! I didn’t even know about these kinds of products but was looking for HSA eligible products to use up my HSA account money around Christmas and so found this. It is SO relaxing; wonderful for stress headaches or just relaxing before bed. The charge lasts a LONG time too.Highly recommend!!

Love this massager! It’s amazing! The heat and massage are great! I have recommended this product to friends and they have ordered it! I would purchase over and over again.. it helps me sleep at night! I can’t say I love this product enough !! Best purchase I ever made!

This eye massager is excellent. If you have eye pain, eye strain or dry eye, this massager really relieves the pain, and makes it possible to read, and or sleep. If you are woken up by dry eye, this eye massager before bed can help you avoid being awakened by pain. This is a game changer. I am very grateful that I made the decision to get this
