Q: I had my husband order this fir me this week. Each time the pump is pulled out the air comes out before I can close the valve, is there a truck to it?

I just blow it up by mouth and then close it real fast.

Put the hand held pump in the plug part and pump up by hand. Or just blow it up with your mouth like blowing up a balloon and plug up the plug after.

Q: I am confused, do you have to put the inflatable sink into an actual sink at home? One picture shows a lady in the shower.

No, strap around the persons neck put trash can under the hose part so water drains there. Use shower hose or container to wet hair to wash/rinse.
