1. Charging: When I place the earbuds in the charging case and plug it in to power and wait for like 1 hour or two, I find that the earbuds haven't been charging (I get the same charging level notification as I had before placing them in the case).2. Connection/ pairing with my phone: The earbuds do not disconnect automatically when I place them in the charging case. I find they are still connected even while in the case. I often have to manually disconnect the phone and even so, sometimes they re-connect by themselves.ADDING that Amazon offered me full refund upon registering my complaint. Thank you Amazon!

The item I received was box opened and used and one ear bud was not charging. I returned the item and refund was received.

Skull canduly as such is a very nice brand within a budget. This piece might be diffective. One of the earphone stopped charging and was not working well.

Average sound quality, after a months usage the sound quality got worse and build quality decreased

I was previously using in ear tethered wireless buds. They worked fine but the cord would occasionally bother me and battery life was limited. These are a great replacement for gym use. The ear hooks work great with no irritation. Great battery life with the charging case. Gets me through several workouts before recharging. The case is on the larger size compared to other earbuds I own but I'm not carrying them around all time so it doesn't bother me. Sound is great but don't expect to hear ambient noise while playing music. For that reason, they may not be good for certain outdoor activities (running, biking, etc.).

Got these reconditiond for a little over £30. Box had a small scuff on it that was hardly noticeable. Purchased as a pair to use while jogging as my amazon echo buds have a habit of coming lose and habe been known to fall out if I don't keep pushing them in. Sound quality is ok. Not amazing but absolutely fine. They say in the ear while running. Love the hands free voice controls and alexa option as its easy to skip songs and adjust the volume. The touch controls are simple to use also. Battery life is very good. All in all great buds, that were cheap. So five stars. I'd probably rate 4 stars if paid full price.

I have bought skullcandy push active two times and both have very bad charging pins. They break like in 1 week, and you have to fidget the earbuds around for like 5 seconds before it is in the right space
