Would this be too small for 11 yr old that loves to play with army men with 9 yr old brother?

I bought it for my 7 yr old grandson and he loved it. I think it would be great if they have an interest in Army.

Has this product been tested for lead or other toxins?

I don't know. My advise don't buy it. It is absolute junk. Was a big disappointment to my grandson when pieces broke when he got it out of box

I have ordered this twice and received the incorrect one the skewer number must be wrong just wanna know if it’s corrected before I order it again
