How do you remove the battery? I've already hurt myself trying to remove the battery it came with, as it arrived already assembled.

Unfortunately I don’t have an answer but am only searching for an answer to this question as well!!!! Mine too came assembled and I have also hurt myself trying to remove several times over the last 2 weeks!!! I’ve read below using a tool of sorts but Leary of what further) damage I’ll cause myself! It is not a “little strength” “just pull up” maybe over time the seal will weaken an get easier but I’ll never know if I don’t ever get this original battery removed!!!!!

how can you tell if the battery is fully charged?

It worked great until the battery stop holding a charge. It's the worst when your in the middle of shampooing and it dies. I wised they have replaceable batteries we can order instead of ordering a whole new set. I hope someone can get back to me about the batteries if not I guess I will go with a different brand.
