I wasn't expecting much so I was delightfully surprised at the quality. The wood panels are decent and just like the photos show. The metal parts are welded nicely and the bolts are nice and large and go in and fasten securely. The "leather" top was a bit of a challenge to assemble to the main body of the chest and they could have done something more - like more clearly mark where the screw holes are (it's almost invisible). So, I'd recommend attaching the hinges to the top FIRST then attach to the main unit - (the instructions have you attach the hinges to the unit then mount the top.) But, it is very sturdy, a decent seat if you need to sit on it and an excellent foot rest (that's mainly what I use it for).Overall, very happy with this purchase.

The product looks great, good material very sturdy. The assembly took 2 hours, I have to say I have never enjoyed putting anything together, but this was actually enjoyable. Everything fit incredibly well together. Every part is clearly marked and you just have to follow the instructions (mainly pictures) very closely. All the tools are included (a couple of Alan keys and a screwdriver). I was missing the last screw (always happens), but fortunately a spare screw was included in the spare part bag. Highly recommend it!!!

I am impressed with this bench. We took30 min to put together..instructions are very clear to follow. Very sturdy piece of furniture . Cannot say to long time use yet but came well packed no scratches or tears. Yes as others have stated look closely at the sizes of screw holes to know how the panels face in or out. Very pleased with product

Honestly its really challenging to put together, if it wasn't for a friend of mine who helped me to put it together and he has a hard time with it I would have returned it. However when we finally were able to assemble it it was worth it. I recommend it however just be prepared for a challenge when assembling it together :)

When ordering, I didn't have the highest hopes based on the price, but it exceeded my expectations! Looks great, is strong and sturdy, and a great storage ottoman for our small space. Love the rustic look, and it's held up great so far after a couple months of high-traffic use.
