Q: My daughter had super bad dandruff. She is half Portuguese and half irish. Super thick hair thats wavy, will this work for her hair?

Yes! My kids and I all have dandruff, and all have thick, wavy-to-very curly hair. We’re Caucasian (English, Irish, Scottish, & Welsh, with some Choctaw). One of my daughters has extremely curly hair, and it gets very dry. Usually dandruff shampoos makes it worse, resulting in frizzy, difficult to manage hair. She’s been using this for about 3 months and we’ve noticed a huge improvement. I just saw that they’ve added a cowash to this line and just ordered it. I think it’ll be great to use on days she normally doesn’t want to wash her hair, so that she can get the most out of this system. It sounds like your daughter will benefit in the same way. She needs to cleanse her hair everyday because she’s in middle school and we live in FL, so between sweat and hormones.. yeah. But, like I said, switching to this from a different dandruff shampoo has really done wonders for her hair, and now that we can use a Head & Shoulders cowash I think her scalp issues will be completely under control while still providing much needed moisture to her beautiful curls! Q: Can I use the shampoo for locs without any buildup issues in the future?

I have been using this shampoo with no issues, i do use it only twice a week only and I apply conditioner as well.my hair always feels clean and soft

Q: Is this too heavy to use on my 2A caucasian hair? Nizoral no longer works and my scalp needs help. Don't want straw hair or oily/limp hair? help..

I can't speak for the conditioner, but I have EXTREMELY fine/thin bone straight hair and used the shampoo without issue. Good moisture, no straw or limp oily residue. Rinses clean without stripping hair. I would recommend it.
