Really well made knife and brilliantly sharp. Brought it to take camping and can’t fault it. Exceptional value.

I am disabled, and only have full use of one hand, so cutting up my dinners can prove extremely difficult so I bought the Wiltshire Staysharp scissors to be able to use as a big help cutting up my food, such as meat and other difficult to cut food without a help, but these are used frequently and remain so nicely sharp. They remain very sharp, as I need a lot of my food cut up with them before eating, and they do the job for me so perfectly in next to no time.Blessings I adore these wonderful little helpers and couldn't be without them now as they are second nature to me. I can cut through a thick steak, anything, so quickly and easily no problem. And they weren't expensive surprisingly, well within my budget. I'd recommend them for all food needing cutting in the kitchen, and you'd be amazed, how useful and sharp they are and they must be washed thoroughly after use and placed back in their sheath to remain sharp.I've no complaints only praise for them. Great knives that keep verysharp.

Good sharp scissors. Had my first pair of these many years ago and they finally fell apart. Case not as sturdy as the original but I’ll give it a go.

I like these knives very much the knives very light and the handle is comfortable to hold and does the job of cutting and slicing.

Excellent quality and value for money

I like the idea of this knife, the sharpening sheath is useful and the size/shape is good. However it's very lightweight when using. The blade feels thin and the handle is very plasticy. This doesn't give me a lot of confidence in it's ability to cut safely through something large like a squash. I've definitely bought better cheaper knives.
