Q: does this come with 24 total wipes or 24 4-packs (total of 96 wipes)?

I received 6 packs with 4 wipes in each, total 24 wipes. However, the description of the items says "4 Count - Pack of 24 (96 Total Wipes)". The description is misleading and the price per wipe is represents 96 wipes. Based on 24 wipes, the price per wipe is much more than $0.21 each.
