I have a 110v Stihl drill / breaker. It is quite an old piece of kit, but these chisels fit perfectly. I don’t need to chisel up masonry too often, but when I do the job is much easier if you have an electric breaker. I only really use the flat and pointed chisels. The U shape is good for channelling or removing mortar for repointing, but not a job I have had to do for a number of years. I used the large flat chisel for lifting an outdated tiled floor. The tiles came up easily with my breaker and whilst you shouldn’t use levering action, I did cheat a few times and used it like a crowbar. There was no bending or adverse effect – but remember that it isn’t designed for this.The pointed breaker was ideal to poke around on some old decorative boulders looking for a fault line I could exploit. The narrow chisel let me crack them aprat to make them easier to remove.They are a reasonable set of chisels for the price (currently £20), the edges dull a little faster than my older bit set and the wider one did pick up a few dinks in the edge and some folding over when breaking a hard stone, but a quick once over with a grinder and they are good to go again. I use them where I don’t give too much of a care on a finished break line or where I am just breaking lumps of concrete for easy carry.

The tips are hardened.In use.I have a SDS drill and used a few of these to help remove a couple of flat well cemented concrete blocks that made up the floor of an old coal store. These worked very well and got the blocks up after a bit of work. They saved me having to hire a black cutter for half a day. I cleaned up the area with a bolster chisel and hammer. These made the job easy, quick and safe.Overall.These work really well. The tips are hard and get through masonry well. Very pleased with them for the price.

This SDS chisel bit set comes in a protective plastic case which has ridges on the inside to keep the lid on. There are 4 chisels which include a wide, flat, point and U-shaped chisel. They are made of tempered steel so should last a long time. They are suitable for an SDS drill only and preferably a model that only has the hammer feature without rotation. I had an old wall that needed taking down to be rebuilt and these were perfect for the job. Using the flat chisel to break up the mortar was a breeze and not only that, removing the mortar from the bricks was super easy with these. I used to struggle with a hammer and chisel removing mortar from bricks and blocks, but these take it right off in seconds... If you have an SDS drill which has hammer without rotation, these will be a worthwhile investment. They are strong, didn’t show signs of wear after use and will make you jobs easier. Highly recommended…

These are a set of great quality chisel bits fir an SDS impact drill, and come at an amazing £19.99 for four robust chisels useful for a variety of masonry tasks.We’re currently revamping our garden and there’s been a lot of hard landscaping where we’ve re-used old stone and needed to remove the old pointing. The large flat head chisel ha# been ideal for that purpose. We’ve also used them to drill a trench in concrete for water to run away, amongst many other tasks. My son-in-law swears by them.Made from tough vanadium tempered steel these chisel bits are super strong and are at such a good price point. They also come with a handy strong plastic storage tube to keep them all together when not in use. Nothing not to like with this set and come highly recommended from my son-in-law.

The tool set gives you the capability powered chiseling for a variety of different applications, from finer to broader chisels. Since stating to use these I have managed to do these kinds of manual tasks much more quickly and easily. The chisels are strong, heavyweight and good value for money, and are a good investment for an SDS drill.

The chisel set arrived safely however I'm very surprised they haven't been lost on the way as the packaging was damaged.Chisels came in plastic 2 piece box, where the lid slide over the bottom part, just like a lipstick, wife said ;)Chisels are covered by oily substance preventing rusting. They are heavy, just as expected. I have hammer drill with SDS plus holder so will use these chisels when replacing bathroom tiles or other home renovations.The chisels feel really strong and durable. I've tried the flat one in the driveway to remove lump of concrete dropped by bricklayer. It works great.I'm not surprised with the price tag. They are worth it.

I removed some tile from basement floors( concrete floors). Before I thought this was going to be an arduous task, but to my amazement the tile and the mortar came out with no problem, and to no damage to the bits. I only used the bigger chisel, but I have no doubt the rest would work jus the same. Im thinking of getting the 3" anged chisel too. Excellent tool

Pour 20€, vous aurez 4 burins SDS+ (emmanchement classique pour les burineurs) dont un burin gouge qui n'est pas très courant. Le tout est fourni dans un étui en plastique non cassant, bien protégé.On trouve donc dans ce set 4 burins : un en pointe (pénétration), deux plats (2 et 4 cm - bien pour faire sauter du carrelage mais pas coudé) et un en forme de gouge, adapté pour le nettoyage de joints en maçonnerie ou la réalisation de saignées (en complément d'un passage de rainureuse préalable).On a +/- 20 cm de longueur utile.La qualité perçue est correcte et ce set vaut surtout pour son rapport qualité/prix : le seul burin gouge se trouve difficilement sous les 10€ en générique, et peut dépasser les 50€ si vous allez dans les marques connues. Du coup, même si vous n'avez pas besoin des 4 profils, ce set reste intéressant.
