I didn’t fit the pen I was ordering it for, but it did fit another one we have perfectly.

I've always liked Cross pens, been using one for many years, but these two refills are both crap. EVERY time I set the pen down for a minute (I write a lot but also work on a keyboard), it won't write when I pick it up to start writing again. It's like the ink dried up in the tip, and I need to scribble on something (often A LOT) just to get the ink flowing again. Once it's flowing, it writes fine, but it's really annoying to be constantly scribbling on the side of the page every time I try to write something. Both refills do this... I haven't tossed them in the trash yet but I'm very close, these were a WASTE OF MONEY.

Long lasting.

Maybe I got something from a bad batch, but I was disappointed in these refills. Mine are blue, broad point. The ink skips and leaves spaces, the color is rather light and pale, and the line is not bold, more like medium. Too bad these are the only refills that fit Cross pens.Update: I must have gotten a bad batch. I got some more Cross broad point refills, and they're fine. The only drawback is how skinny these refills are. They don't hold much ink and don't last long.I also tried the Montverde broad point refills, and the line is not as broad. So I'm sticking with Cross.
