Love the looks of these boots.
I have multiple pairs of Wolverine boots and it was definitely going to be my next pair too. I love the features on these boots, composite toe, water proof, Dura-Shock. Unfortunately, I have not gotten much use out of them yet since I got them in late spring early summer. The limited use I have had so far, I am very happy with.I originally ordered a size 10, same as all my other Wolverine boots, but they were too big, so I reorder a 9.5. Time will tell after wearing for a full day if I will have a size issue but the 10 were never going to work for me. Back with an update in a couple of months.Review update: 6 months later. I have been wearing these boots daily now that the weather has turned cold. (Chicago area).Things I like: Comfortable, I mean really comfortable. After a little break in these boots are very comfortable. I bought them because they are Dura Shock boots and it was worth it.I have worn them in the rain and my feet stay completely dry so lets call it a Pass.Composite toe: I have only had some minor bumps to my toe to test the composite toe. No problems but no experience with something heavy falling on my foot yet.Dislike but with an asterisk: Mostly the temps here are only in the 20's in the morning, so not extreme. These boots don't claim to be winter boots or insulated so no surprise that my feet do get cold with temps in the 20's if I am outside after only 20 minutes. I have double up my socks and this gives me maybe another 5-10 min before I can feel the cold. I knew this going in so can't complain too much.I would recommend them for comfort but not if you need to stay warm. Maybe if we all scream load enough at Wolverine we can get them to release an insulated version of this same boot.

Comfortable Wide Fit Right Out of the Box
3 MONTH UPDATE:I still recommend this brand, for quality workmanship and being American-made, if nothing else. They are definitely waterproof, surviving several pressure washing adventures and heavy rains. Durability is excellent, with zero problems with seams, upper leather or breakage of boot lace hooks. However, after three months of wear, these boots have become less comfortable for me, personally. The outside of my big toes are very unhappy with the composite toe box and I do need padded socks. My results are personal, so I certainly expect others to have different results.Original Review:Wolverines! After returning a pair of Timberlands, I took a chance on the Wolverine Legends and I couldn’t be happier!I wear a 10.5EEE (feet are almost 12cm wide) and usually just buy whatever is available and wear them until the sides blow out.I got the 10.5EW from Wolverine and my feet are confused by the unfamiliar room! Amazon lists them as “10.5W” but I guess that means “EW” to the Wolverine company. Comfortable fit right out of the box and I’m sure they’ll only become softer and more flexible over time. And they look really good, too.The quality materials and workmanship are immediately obvious to me. These boots are serious working man tools for the feet. The composite toe is hard as steel without setting off metal detectors. It’s not an uncomfortable toe box, either. I doubt I’ll even need those extra padded socks for protection. These claim to be waterproof and durable, so I’ll need to follow up on that. But as of today, I’m sold on this brand.

GREAT
I have been buying these for 4 years for my son who works for UPS. He wears a size 13 and he has wide feet with the top (midfoot & forefoot) being high, so these have worked for him. He says they are comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Good Boots
Used these boots working FedEx for over a year. Was working mostly indoors on concrete floors or steel grates. Right out of the box they were pretty comfy; slapped a pair of Dr. Scholl's Work Gel insoles right on top of the supplied Wolverine insoles, and they were perfect for me. After a year of indoor hard use at the hub, the soles are barely worn. No rips or tears anywhere. They are a bit crumpled and wrinkled up after all that but still perfectly functional. On waterproofing effectiveness: I did have to walk through water fairly often (not lingering in it by any means) and they didn't leak...but I can't speak for folks who have to work in the rain for extended periods. One pro tip...I fully soaked the uppers of these boots, including the tongue, laces and all the seams where leather meets rubber/synthetic material with Ballistol before breaking them in, and treated them again after break in was finished, about a week. I re-treat all my leather shoes/boots with Ballistol about every 2-3 months. It will darken the leather, but imho improves the waterproofing and keeps leather supple.Boots: recommended.

Lasted a Year and Half
Bought these for my security job. Never had a complaint until now, the rubber soles of the boot are now falling off entirely from the underside. Its not just the side but the whole sole from the middle is completely crumbling and falling apart. I wore these to walk on dirt and gravel every other day for about a year and a half but they last as long as any other boot I bought for $60. I was hoping for the price tag for them to last much much longer. Wouldn't recommend to those that are expecting a long long time investment
