I might have given this oriductva hug her rating but as it's midnight & my husband's snoring is once again keeping me awake, I will only give it a 2. One size does not fit all, ear holes cut into top of his ears, & no matter how we out it, it wasn't quite long enough. Velcro just barely touched, giving it room to slip up over his mouth & nose. I ordered 2, 1 for hubby & 1 for grandson who is a veteran suffering from PTSD. Didn't even try it on grandson.

If I had a complaint, it would be that I didn't order a Ndanaka chin strap for my dad, brother, and my best friends husbands who snore! No kidding, I got this for my husband and thank goodness I did. The chainsaws (that's what his snoring sounds like) that go off in my room at night lost their power! I am so pleased! I have been able to stop taking melatonin. He also told me he thinks he feels more rested now. I know at first, the strap seems funny, but my husband told me it's kind of comforting. The Ndanaka chin strap came in a nice box with instruction. It works. Don't just get one get a couple and save the world from snoring sleep deprivation!

After the first night the wife said "It worked!"About 2am I woke-up because it felt like was cutting into my ear... but I got up, adjusted the strap to loosen it a bit, and went back to sleep.I think the jury is still out, but first night results are good.The odor people are referring to is strong, but I just associate it with that kind of material. The smell is honestly not too bad.

I think it works ok, but it is a bit uncomfortable, i guess it takes some getting used to in order be able to use it properly.

Hard to get to stay on at night and I couldn't get comfortable in it.Kept taking it off in the middle of the night.

No instructions for usage - Just a small bag.If worn with large side on chin = the ear cutouts are way above ears & small velcro area slides right off head.If worn with large part on head, small part on chin = ear cutouts fit, but little support.Does it help snoring? Unknown because it falls off during the night!

It doesn't seem to be working. My wife said, "what was that you were wearing last night?" When I told her what it was for, she said, "Well, you were still snoring away!" I'll continue to use it for couple more weeks. If it works, I'll come back and change the review on it. So far NOT so good.

Can't tell really how much it helps. Seem to be sleeping a little better and been told I still snore but maybe not as much.
